Resources
You're in good hands
Having safe and trusted resources to turn to, especially when you are in need, or in crisis; are invaluable to your healing. I know all too well, because, when I was first diagnosed with complex post-traumatic stress, there were very few safe places and people for me to turn, that truly understood what I was going through. When we are in crisis, and our cognitive brain is not functioning optimally, everything is a struggle. Especially for those of us that are first responders and veterans, our experiences are very unique and need specialized support. May this resource list provide plenty of options to turn to, regardless of who you are or where you are at in your journey.
