Stretch-Out-Stress Class
This 60-minute class is provided on Friday evenings, via Zoom. It's designed for anyone needing time for self-care and relaxation, especially those that are first responders and military veterans, and anyone dealing with chronic stress. The class is very gentle, spending time using the breath and body as anchors, while learning how to tune in and listen to our oftentimes, overwhelmed nervous system. Even if you decide to curl up and take a nap the entire class, it's designed for YOU!
It's well known that chronic and cumulative stress easily manifests in conditions that affect our physical, mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual wellbeing. This class provides a safe platform, using researched modalities that help us unwind and relax. Please come as you are, and I'll gladly meet you 'on the mat'.
The class times are: 5:30-6:30 PM MT; 4:30-5:30 PM PT; 6:30-7:30 PM CT; 7:30-8:30 PM ET.
